Building up an army.

The next thing you need to do is build up an army of Barbarians, Giants, Archers and Wizards. The Barbarian is by far the most important troop in your army. He’s cheap and has a very good attack damage. You should always have at least twenty-five of these guys on the battlefield at all times.

The Giant is another must-have troop because he can take out massed troops with ease but it takes him forever to get from one side of the map to the other so don’t use him unless you really need him for something specific.

The Archer is best used against single units as her splash damage does not affect multiple targets in any way whatsoever so only use Archers when you know there are going to be no other enemies around her target when she fires off her arrows (or bolts).

How to make use of walls in the game.

Walls are a key defensive structure that can be upgraded to increase their strength, or further upgraded to increase the number of troops they can hold. They’re also incredibly versatile: if you place your wall correctly, it can be used to defend against attacks and trap enemies.

Gems are the premium currency of the game and can be used to speed up upgrades, purchases and so on. You can earn gems by completing achievements or by purchasing them with real money.

• Buying Elixirs – Elixirs are used to train your troops, but they also restore health when your village is under attack. Elixir regenerates slowly over time, but using a cupcake (which costs 10 gems) will give you 100% health instantly!
• Buying Builders – Builders are very important in Clash of Clans because they are responsible for upgrading everything in your village including walls and buildings! If you don’t have enough builders then updates could take forever so it’s always good to buy more if needed (to do this just click on one builder icon then click “Upgrade”).

Town Hall – the key to progress.

The Town Hall is the key to progress in Clash of Clans. You can increase its level to increase the level of your village, which means more buildings and troops will be unlocked as you progress.

You can also upgrade it to increase storage capacity, so that you have more room for troops and resources like gold and elixir.

The cost increases as well with each new level:

• Level 1 – 100 gold & 50 elixir
• Level 2 – 250 gold & 125 elixir
• Level 3 – 500 gold & 250 elixir
• Level 4 – 1000 gold & 500 elixir
