The first time I played Centipede was in 1985 when I went to see my aunt who was living in Eugene, Oregon. She had this awesome arcade called “Playtime” that had every single arcade game you could think of (except Pac-Man). They even had a Donkey Kong machine! It was like heaven for me as a 9 year old kid. A few weeks later, we flew back up there just so I could play Centipede again and then spent the rest of our vacation playing other games including Space Invaders, Frogger and Missile Command
