Here Are 5 Games To Look Forward To For The Xbox One

Introduction

If 2015 was a big year for independent games on Xbox One, then 2016 is going to be just as packed with innovative indie titles as well as some big-budget AAA releases. Here are five games to look forward to this year:

Quantum Break

Quantum Break is an action-adventure video game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One in April 2016. The game features a blend of fast paced third-person shooting, cover mechanics, time manipulation, and puzzle solving. Quantum Break also tells the story of Jack Joyce trying to clear his name after he’s framed for a terrorist attack on Riverport University which leaves him with new time powers similar to those of Paul Serene who plans to use the explosion at Riverport University as the catalyst that will cause time itself to collapse.

State of Decay 2

Did you play the original State of Decay? If so, then you know that there’s a reason why this game is getting more attention than other Xbox One games. The open world zombie survival game allows players to take on the role of various survivors in an apocalyptic setting, where they must scavenge resources and build defenses while fending off attacks from zombies and hostile human survivors around them.

The story takes place in Trumbull Valley, which is an area surrounding a small town called Trumbull Valley. As with most zombie video games, your goal is to survive against hordes of zombies while working together with other survivors to keep yourself alive. You can find weapons like guns or knives at certain locations around the map; but when it comes to defending yourself against zombies or even other players who want what you have (like supplies), it’s best if you’re well-equipped!

Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is an upcoming multiplayer action-adventure video game developed by Rare and published by Microsoft Studios for Xbox One and Windows 10. It is scheduled to be released in early 2018.

The game allows players to take on the role of a pirate exploring a shared world, taking part in cooperative challenges and quests or competitive play against other pirate crews. The game features cross-platform play between Xbox One and PC players.[1]

Cuphead

Cuphead is an indie run and gun video game developed and published by StudioMDHR. The game was released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One in September 2017, with a Nintendo Switch port being released in April 2018. The game features hand-drawn cel animation inspired by the cartoons of the 1930s, in which players control Cuphead or Mugman (the two playable characters) as they traverse strange worlds, acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves and attempt to reclaim their souls from the devil.

In this game you will experience some amazing music while playing it like jazz music etc…

Cuphead is an independently developed run ‘n gun platform video game. The title and protagonist, Cuphead, are inspired by the rubber hose style of animation used in cartoons of the 1930s, such as the work of Fleischer Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios. It was created by brothers Chad and Jared Moldenhauer, who formed StudioMDHR in 2010 to develop the title.

Gameplay: Each level consists of one or more bosses that must be defeated to progress further through the game’s story mode. Players can also play any previously cleared levels in “Championship” mode which allows them to compete for high scores against other players on online leaderboards (by default) or locally with three other friends through local multiplayer co-op..

As Cuphead, the player fights a series of bosses to repay a debt to the devil. The game was heavily inspired by the works of 1930s cartoonists such as Max Fleischer’s Fleischer Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios, seeking to keep the works’ subversive and surrealist qualities that had since been lost by the time its development began. The brothers set out to develop a game that would evoke “the feeling you got when you saw those cartoons”, using traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings.

The game is a boss rush game where the player fights a series of bosses to repay a debt to the devil. The player controls Cuphead or Mugman, who must battle their way through six worlds consisting of multiple levels each. After defeating an end-level boss, players proceed to the next world and face an additional set of stages with more difficult enemies and stage elements. Cuphead has three key weapons: his guns known as “horns” which allow him to shoot projectiles at his opponents; “charge shots” that are more powerful variants; and a parry move that allows him to deflect enemy attacks back at them by pressing both shoulder buttons simultaneously at the moment when they attack. Players can also use three secondary weapons: magic potions that grant temporary powers like invulnerability, enhanced speed, or fire breath; bombs which can be used as traps for enemies; charms that give regenerating life points back when hit; and charms that attach two or more horns together for rapid fire attacks

Crackdown 3

Crackdown 3 is a third-person shooter video game developed by Sumo Digital and published by Microsoft Studios for Windows 10 and Xbox One. It is the third installment in the Crackdown series, and is a sequel to Crackdown 2.

The game was originally announced at E3 2014 during Microsoft’s press conference with an expected release date of 2015, but was delayed to 2018 in June 2017. Crackdown 3 will feature online multiplayer as well as single-player campaign modes that can be played solo or with up to 4 players locally on Xbox One or via cloud computing on PC platforms such as Windows 10 and Steam.[1][2]

These games will be coming out soon for xbox one!
