The 10 Most Fun Xbox 360 Games: A blog compiling the top 10 most exciting Xbox games.

(By: George Thomas, a.k.a., The Gamer)

I’ve compiled a list of my favorite Xbox 360 games and why I think they’re so much fun to play. They’re all unique in their own way and capture what makes video gaming so great!

1. Halo 3

This is the first game in the series to feature the ability to play with other people online and was released on September 25, 2007. Halo 3 was developed by Bungie Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios as an exclusive title for their Xbox 360 console.

Halo 3 is a science fiction first-person shooter video game that follows its protagonist Master Chief and his artificial intelligence companion Cortana as they attempt to save Earth from a collective of ancient alien races known collectively as “The Covenant”.

2. Left for Dead 2

Left for Dead 2 is a cooperative first-person shooter survival horror video game developed by Valve Corporation and published by Electronic Arts.

The game focuses on four new survivors fighting against hordes of zombies, who developed a taste for human flesh after being infected with an unknown pathogen. The survivors must fight their way through five campaigns while avoiding the attacks from the infected. The gameplay has been expanded over its predecessor, with more weapons and melee weapons and an improved artificial intelligence system that allows non-playable characters to interact with the environment and each other during combat situations.

3. Gears of War 2

Gears of War 2 is a third-person shooter video game developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios for the Xbox 360. It is the sequel to the 2006 video game Gears of War, and was released worldwide on November 7, 2008.

In a friendly tone: Gears of War 2 is an exciting action game that lets you control Marcus Fenix and his friends as they fight against enemies in order to save humanity from extinction. You’ll be able to use many weapons such as sniper rifles or shotguns while going through this adventure. This game was really fun because it gave me the chance to play with my friends online while fighting against enemies together.

4. Fable II

Fable II is a role-playing game, the sequel to Fable. It was released in 2008 and is available on Xbox 360, Windows, and OS X. The game has a rating of T for Teen by the ESRB due to “Blood, Language, Mild Sexual Themes”.

The title takes place 500 years after the events of Fable and centers around a character named “The Hero” who must save Albion from an evil force threatening it. The player can choose their character’s gender as well as how they want them to look by customizing their appearance with clothes, tattoos, makeup and more.

5. Skate 2

Skate 2 is a skateboarding video game developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to Skate, and was released on October 13, 2009.

The game features a new trick system and a new career mode, as well as a number of new goals and challenges. Players are able to create custom skaters using body types, clothing styles and skateboards. New locations include Seattle, Washington; Los Angeles, California; Barcelona Spain; Osaka Japan; Vancouver Canada; London England; Sydney Australia & Shanghai China

6. Forza Motorsport 3

  • Forza Motorsport 3 is an Xbox 360 racing simulation video game developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios. It is the sequel to Forza Motorsport 2 and was released on May 6, 2009.

In multiplayer mode, up to eight people can race against each other at once or participate in cooperative play through campaign mode.

7. The Orange Box (Half-Life 2, Portal, Team Fortress 2)

The Orange Box is a collection of five great games, and one of them is Half-Life 2. This first-person shooter game follows a scientist named Gordon Freeman who finds himself in the middle of an alien invasion that threatens to destroy Earth. You’ll use weapons like shotguns, sniper rifles, and grenades to take down enemies in this exciting adventure game.

The second game in The Orange Box is Portal; it’s a puzzle platformer where players use portals to solve puzzles and navigate through environments. You can also use your portal gun on yourself! It’s pretty fun… once you figure out how to do it correctly!

Team Fortress 2 is also part of The Orange Box collection; it’s a multiplayer first-person shooter with nine different classes that all have different abilities and playstyles. You can choose from nine different character classes (Scout, Soldier, Demoman, Heavy Weapons Guy/Engineer/Medic) when playing online matches with friends or strangers online!

8. FIFA Soccer 10

FIFA Soccer 10 is a fun game for all kinds of players. The graphics are great, and the gameplay is easy to pick up on. The game can be played with a controller, mouse and keyboard, or even on the ground with your toes!

It’s also fun to play online against other people in leagues (or against yourself if you’re feeling lazy). You can set up tournaments or just play one-on-one matches against random opponents anywhere in the world.

FIFA Soccer 10 is a great way to spend some time with friends at parties or get-togethers!

9. Mass Effect

Mass Effect is a third person shooter with RPG elements, set in the Mass Effect Universe. The player takes control of Commander Shepard and can choose his or her class from three different options: Vanguard (melee combat), Adept (magic user), or Infiltrator (long range combat). You will travel through space on board your ship, the Normandy, fighting against enemies who have been attacking you for years. You can also interact with other characters in your team to build relationships, which may help you later in the game when they are needed during missions. This game has an excellent story and good voice acting that makes it enjoyable to play through multiple times due to its replayability factor being high as well as downloadable content available after release!

10. Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction (single-player campaign) or Battlefield 1943 (multiplayer only)

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction (single-player campaign) or Battlefield 1943 (multiplayer only)

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction is a stealth action game that was released in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. In this game, you play as Sam Fisher, an operative of the NSA who has been framed for murder. You then go on to infiltrate various locations in order to find out who really committed these crimes and clear your name.

Battlefield 1943 is also a shooter game but more focused on multiplayer rather than single player. It was released in 2009 as part of Electronic Arts’ series titled “Battlefield” and can be played online via Xbox Live or PlayStation Network depending on what system you have purchased it on.
