Availability and Eligibility
As of April 16, all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can use the Stream Your Own Game feature, as it has exited the Insider-exclusive testing phase. Initially launched in November 2024 to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers enrolled in the Xbox Insiders testing program, the program was later expanded in December 2024 to include Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
