Minecraft Story Mode Episode 2: A Block and a Hard Place is available now on PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. It will be coming to mobile devices soon.

In this episode, Jesse and his friends must face their greatest challenge yet: the Wither Storm! As they travel through an unfamiliar world of new friends and unfamiliar enemies (and zombies), these unlikely heroes will have to work together in order to save the world from total destruction.

A Block and a Hard Place is the newest episode in Telltale Games’ Minecraft: Story Mode, available now on PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and for mobile devices.

Telltale Games is a video game developer based in San Rafael, California. The studio is best known for its storytelling approach to video games; the company’s games typically involve the player making decisions that impact how events unfold and how characters respond to them. Telltale has published a number of games based on various licenses, including Back to the Future, Game of Thrones, and Minecraft: Story Mode.

In A Block and Hard Place (part five of season two), Jesse and his friends have returned to the Sorenson household after their most recent adventure… only to be greeted by an army of Creepers led by Ivor! In order for you guys not get killed by these creepers (and trust me when I say that this would be bad), you must do everything in your power to stop them from getting inside your house…

The story in A Block and a Hard Place begins with the Wither Storm finally defeated. Unfortunately, things are going from bad to worse in Minecraft: Story Mode. It turns out that the Wither Storm was actually manufactured by some jerk named PAMA within the world of Minecraft.

PAMA has created a factory for producing these storms, and it is up to you to stop him before he wrecks more havoc on this blocky world. In this episode, you’ll have to make your way through PAMA’s factory as well as defeat all of his guards in order to get access to his main computer where you can shut down his program and save Minecraft once again!

Of course, things don’t go as planned and the world gets turned upside down thanks to this new danger. Now Jesse and the gang must team up with the “Order of the Stone” that previously helped them to beat the Wither Storm. Unfortunately, these guys aren’t as nice as they were before…

The Order of the Stone are back. But they’re not as nice this time around. Their leader, Ellegaard (voiced by Brian Tjardes), has become more cold and distant since Jesse beat the Wither Storm. He also wants Jesse to stop playing Minecraft with his friends, saying that he needs to focus on his “destiny” in order to become a hero like his father.

The Order of the Stone aren’t as helpful as they were before either, since they don’t want Jesse’s friends involved with anything dangerous or violent anymore–after all, their last adventure nearly killed some people! So instead of fighting monsters together like before (including creepers, zombies and skeletons), we’re introduced to new characters who have their own reasons for joining up with our heroes’ cause:

• Petra Venj (voiced by Karen Strassman) is an assassin working for Queen Reza; she has no interest in helping anyone but herself because she believes that Reza will save her from being executed if she can get rid of her enemies first.
• Olivia Pierce (voiced by Jean Grey) is a scientist who wants revenge on everyone who killed her parents when she was young; having lost both limbs during said incident only makes it worse for her now because then nobody wanted anything else from them except their brains…or something?
• Magnus Hammersmith (voiced by Nicholas Cantu) is a former mercenary who was hired by King Tufto but later left when he realized there wasn’t enough money involved; However since Tufto still owes him quite a bit after all these years

In addition to this new episode being available now on PC, PlayStation 4 and PS3, additional platforms will also be getting access to it soon including Xbox 360 (December 22nd) and Xbox One (December 23rd). Mobile versions of A Block and a Hard Place are also set to release sometime this week.
