We are a small, fast-growth company that is looking to hire an experienced Java developer. If you are interested in doing great work and working with a team who cares about quality code, this job might be a good fit for you!
What we do: We build software platforms to help healthcare providers automate their reimbursements process. We have built our own product management tool called ProdPad which helps us manage our roadmap and Aha! which helps us track bugs, ideas and feature requests.
Our culture: Our culture is centered around transparency and efficiency (no one should ever have to sit on hold or wait for anything). We measure ourselves by our own metrics such as how often we ship new features or if people can find their way around the office without asking for directions too many times (this is important because we are spread across three floors).

We believe that it’s important to build the best products possible using the right tools; we have a strong focus on data, user experience and product design.

We’re a small team. We’re growing fast, but we’re still small. We work remotely, which means you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access.
Our company has a flat organizational structure that promotes an egalitarian environment where ideas and people are valued equally.
